My new firesteel and lanyard in BHK woodsman pro sheath

  1. I wish there's something that will give a more detailed instruction on how to make this lanyard because it looks so neat. I made a little research myself and found this helpful how-to guide which you can read: http://backpackingmastery.com/skills/how-to-make-a-paracord-lanyard.html

  2. heh, sorry, this post was just a proof for bushcraftusa.com there is a spreadsheet for attaining certs from them.

i actually learned how to make it from youtube. There is a channel i follow call "IA Woodsman" and this was the video i followed:

  3. Great looking paracord keychain! I've been doing a lot of DIY projects using the paracord, but I make sure that I always use the paracord 550. Cheap knock-offs can spell the difference so I make sure mine has 7-8 inner strands, as well. These paracords are so useful and they are inexpensive, as well. There's a great DIY page that I've stumbled upon that you might want to take a look http://myoutdoorslife.com/diy/paracord-keychain.html
